“I found the Sherman L pedals to be a bit slick by them selves so I ordered these spike inserts to add traction. I like the extra toe and heal "lift", not a lot, just a little bit. The spikes are very grippy. Instalation took like 3 minutes. I realy like the how the red highlights the pedals. the wider toe knobbs give much more surface area for my feet. Well worth the money in my opinion.”
