King Song 16X 1554Wh Battery/2200W Motor, 3" Wide Tire Reviews

5 Rating 2 Reviews
I have owned my King song 16s ewheel since 2021. It's the only way I've ever had so I can't compare it to others but I think it has been fantastic. It's powerful and the battery lasts a long time it functions quite well. There have been a few shortcomings. After 3 years the pedal on one side started to come apart and the grip tape secured to sheet metal pulled off from the pedal itself. Since I bought my wheel, they upgraded the pedals on newer models. I replaced it with a newer design which has worked pretty well. The new pedals grew up very well if your shoes have any kind of tread. If you have leather bottom shoes they don't group well at all and in fact it's dangerous to write it. I might in fact switch back to the other pedals and just fix them. The other shortcoming is the mud flap in the back tears very easily. This is a well-known defect that others in the forums discuss. I've replaced mine twice and it can tear apart in a single tip over incident. Frequently if it's not on a stand when you're turning it off it might fall over backwards and that's enough to tear the mud flap. Despite these design flaws, the overall unit works really well.

I purchased the Kingsong 16X EUC with a top speed of 28mph. This has been a great beginner EUC. I have about 6300 miles on it now. It has held up extremely well for my rough riding. It works great as a commuter wheel also, but definitely lacks the speed. Highly recommend it for a beginner. Although, if you're a quick learner you're better off buying something with more power and range.
