The Swift arrived within a couple days of ordering and I was excited to charge up and ride! Upon unboxing the scooter, I noticed the display had a crack on it. The Swift was operational, but the display didn't show anything other that it being powered on. I contacted eWheels and Jason was quick to fix the issue and send me a new controller the very NEXT DAY! Now all is well and the Swift is such a treat to ride.
