“The Sherman-L is very close to perfection. It's heavy, but still very responsive and nimble. And sooo stable, no wobbles at all. It's a Sherman!
So far it is blowing my mind. It is a beast compared to the Lynx, but the trolley is great (always refining and improving these LK guys) and it rides close to the Lynx in terms of handling. Much more powerful than the Sherman-S, which wasn't a weak wheel by any means. 1.5x the range of the Lynx, no surprise.
The hall-sensor-less mode is a dream come true, ever since my cutout on the OG Sherman in my first year. I could always push my Veterans to my heart's content (except for the Abrams which struggled on these hills - think Vermont), but now I can truely do it with abandon total. Very happy.
