When the shipment comes to you rolled up in a nice way. the first order came to me where the Mat was folded up like a napkin, and I couldn't get the creases out of it....thankfully, customer service was very gracious, and resent me a new set of mats properly shipped and rolled up without any creases. Nice customer service”

“I must admit I was on the fence about this mat but my husband wanted to protect our brand new (mostly white) granite countertop in the pantry under the 'coffee bar'. I just wanted to 'see the granite'. Well I can totally see the granite and don't really even notice the mat. It fits perfectly! Now if there is and over flow under the Nespresso that we don't see right away it will not leave a stain on the 'white based' granite. The only thing I would say is I might have gone for the other finish because we have the 'leathered' finish on the granite and this makes it look more shiney. I'll live with it for a bit and may get the other one later.”
