“I ordered the wrong mats for Lexus. I ordered RX instead of NX. The lady told me what I needed to do in order to return the incorrect mats via UPS(she sent me a return label). I dropped the mats off at a UPS shipper, sent her a picture of return receipt and 3-4 days later I received the new mats that fit perfectly. Front and back passengers and storage area. I will be a customer for life. THANKS again !
