“Best customer service ever. My original mat came in a little short and needed an additional 13" added to the length to cover my cargo area. I sent a text explaining the issue. They asked me to send pictures so they could see the issue. I then received an email apologizing and letting me know they would send me a new mat. Within a week of receiving the original mat, I received the new mat. Fits perfectly.”
