“From the start of the process to getting the finished product we have been very satisfied. I contacted ExactMats with questions and Katie helped me through the whole process. Since our table was a little bit different than a standard table I took pictures and gave them precious measurements. I asked them not to adjust the size as we already allowed for an 1/8 inch offset around the entire table. They did exactly what we wanted and we could not have been more pleased of the result. It was not a cheap product but because we want to preserve our game table it was worth the money. In the future if we need another custom mat we will definitely be contacted them again. “This mat with the minimal lip (thickness) is just what we wanted to protect our built-in turntable. There are two basic material types - the Crystal and the Riverstone. Both are smooth on the top side. The crystal is also smooth on the bottom side. The Riverstone has a subtle pebbling finish - similar to shower door glass. The pebbled surface prevents the round dic from sticking to the table or creating a "wet" look, as would happen with trapped air such as the Crystal material. The pebbled underside alllows it to breathe between the table and the product. We love it. It is just what we wanted.”
