I ordered my camera online on a Friday afternoon (after store hours), received a message that a FedEx label had been created on Sunday, and was able to track it to my doorstep on Wednesday - and it was shipped to the west coast of the USA via FedEx ground. They also sent me confirmations of my order and shipping information. The camera arrived well boxed and in perfect condition. The price was great too! I had tried a few internet dealers that advertised slightly lower prices, and discovered that they usually didn't have them in stock (despite their website showing that they did), and that they were "grey market" cameras, meaning that the manufacturer would not honor the warranty. I would definitely do business with Excellent Photo again, and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable camera dealer.”
