“The whole process from designing to ordering then delivery was so easy and fast. Had to make a couple of changes to the design but was done promptly and without hesitation. The order was processed and shipped very fast. I can not recommend Express Promo enough and will definately be using them again in the future without hesitation. The pens are so good to write with and very good quality.”

“The boxes arrived damaged and squashed, which was disappointing. We needed the pens urgently, so we couldn’t wait for replacements. Most pens were fine, but a few were difficult to click and get the ink to come out. On the positive side, communication was prompt and delivery was considerably fast. Overall, satisfied with the service speed, but not entirely happy with the product condition and packaging.”
