“The boxes arrived damaged and squashed, which was disappointing. We needed the pens urgently, so we couldn’t wait for replacements. Most pens were fine, but a few were difficult to click and get the ink to come out. On the positive side, communication was prompt and delivery was considerably fast. Overall, satisfied with the service speed, but not entirely happy with the product condition and packaging.”
