“I chose the company based on their website and price. I was initially disappointed with the length of time it took to receive the order. I realize with Covid that there are delays, but it was not a shipping delay, it was a manufacturing delay. When they finally arrived after 2 1/2 months, one shutter had 10 louvers out of place and the other a single one. They appeared to be cut too short and popped out of place during shipping. I was advised to try to push them back in place. They did say that if I couldn’t, they would remake it. I’ll probably glue them to make sure they don’t pop out again. While I appreciate that offer to remake and I may do that, it just seems like either the shipper or the manufacturer is responsible for making this right, not the customer.”
