“They are very cheaply made with soft welds on the vinyl that came apart during shipping on 3 of the 4 shutters. Company said they would not let us return, and I read there is a 35% restocking fee even if they were returnable.”
“These shutters are very well made and include all screws needed that match the color of the shutter. The colors are true to the web samples. Shipping was speedy and these were protected very well with their packing.”
