“Color is great. Style is great. Quality is horrific. Material is very thin...thinner than the subpar shutters offered at the big box stores. I ordered two sets and the cross bars were not fastened and falling off. My Contractor and I were so disappointed in the quality of the product, I won't even use them. $300 down the drain. I had really wished and assumed they were made better. I try to use USA made products as much as possible. I wouldn't recommend these flimsy shutters. Unfortunately you can't return them either. Buyer beware.”
“I had read many bad reviews that I had not seen before I ordered so I was really worried about what I was going to get. I was very surprised to see them show up well packaged with plenty of colored screws & the correct count & sizes. The quality looked fine. The color may of been a tad different but hard to say & they still go good with the new roof which was hard to match up. Got them within a couple of weeks.”
