“First off they sent the wrong product. After sending photos they agreed that they sent the wrong item. What they call " assembled with components" means they are multiple pieces cut and folded to make the size you ordered. The photos on the website are not good enough to see the seams and overlap in construction. They do not look anything like a real wooden shutter. Do not buy this product.”
“the shutters "look" great on our house however after completing the installation I noticed that when I pushed on the panels they moved in and out like a pin cushion or a whoopee cushion! We are property investors and although these shutters replaced wood shutters, which were a mess, the new vinyl shutters did not have any backing behind the panel part of the shutter. You should spend a few more dollars in the manufacturing process and add a "rib" in the middle of the panels to substantially stiffen them up and create a much more solid product that will not be so flimsy. Time will tell if they withstand the test of time. Otherwise they look great from the street.

“The overwhelming low quality of the materials used to make the shutter should be called plastic shutters not vinyl shutters. I have not installed them and would like to return for a full refund. If the chance to inspect the shutter in person before hitting the buy key I would have NEVER purchased.”
“Order was shipped quicker than the estimated date. Quality of the two sets of shutters is excellent. Live in an old Victorian home so was very happy to be able to get oversized shutters in the color we wanted.”
“The amount of money spent on these shutters has been a total waste. Very poor quality!! Stapled seams are delaminating and pulling apart. Merely the heat from the sun, after hanging on the wall, is severely warping the panels. SPENT LOTS OF MONEY ON JUNK!!”
