“My shutters arrived in perfect condition. The packaging to protect them was great. I am very happy with the craft quality - construction, color and paint coverage. I felt that the installation instructions could have been easier if they had more pictures. There was not enough hardware supplied as there were holes in the mounting brackets. I had to go out and buy more. I did not like that there was no mention of delivery time until the completion of checkout. It was way too long. But to their credit, delivered when promised.”
“The delivery of these shutters was very badly done. They were left by the road, a quarter of a mile from the house. I was never notified, found them by accident and had to figure out how to move 250 pound shutters up a hill to my house. The shutters have suffered some damage because of where they were left. I am extremely unhappy with the service.”
