“Good ordering process. Packing, shipment and delivery were all great. Product: Upon review of (18) shutters, more than half were up to 1/4” off in width and a few were up to 1/2” inch off in height. Customer rep said that 1/4” in width was within production tolerances. They offered to correct the height deficient ones but we ultimately decided to accept as-is and can’t really notice a problem after install.
Bottom line: include a plan for 1/4” too wide, and consider the impact on your timeline if you send any back for excessive width and height tolerances, which it appears likely to expect.”

“This is my third set of these traditional composite shutters. I bought two sets several years ago and they are still like new. I recently purchased the third set and they are exactly the size I ordered, the same excellent quality, and were securely shipped. I am slowly replacing all the cedar shutters I bought from another company 18 years ago that are rotting in spots due to poor quality wood.
The new shutters came with brackets. In my case I wanted traditional hardware for my historic home so did not use them.”
