“I ordered the vinyl shutters I needed late in the afternoon. As I lay in bed, I remembered that shutter prices (in small letters) were for a pair and I had ordered them as single which meant double what I needed. I called the nexr day just as they opened, and told them of my problem. Customer service immediately called the manufacturer with the order change and the woman there ran down to the factory floor to make the change. Fortunately, it was in time and everything arrived looking good. Love those ladies!”
