“I ordered shutters for seven windows. The quality looks good and everything I ordered arrived. The only issue I have is one of the shutters appears to have been damaged during delivery. A couple louvers detached on one side, but are still connected on the other side. Other that that, I’m happy with the product.”
“Seems I had an unusual experience based on other reviews but I ordered 9 of these shutters in black. Every single one had issues (scratches, marbling in the plastic - all from manufacturing defects). One was bent in transit. In addition, they were all missing the decorative hinges I ordered. Four had the wrong colored installation spikes as well. Exterior Solutions were great and mailed the decorative hinges. However, even those were missing the screws that were meant to come with them! I ended up returning all of the shutters and will get them elsewhere. Again, the problem isn't with Exterior Solutions, but there seems to be serious quality issues at the Perfect Shutters factory. If I were you, I would hold off buying these until it's clear those issues are resolved.”
“Added so much to the exterior of our home. Before the shutters our home had no character....after the install of the shutters complete great change. We originally ordered for front only then the change was so much better, we ordered more for all windows on our home. Huge positive change. The shipping company damaged one set, and Exterior Solutions replaced within a week - Great customer service. Will be back for additional items in the future!!!!!! Love our new shutters and quality of product. Easy to install. *****”
