“The reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is that 10 of the 17 pairs of shutters were shipped with no fasteners . Had to spend $10 a pack for the fasteners locally to be able to finish the job . Exterior solutions wouldn’t refund any of the money from the shutter purchase to offset my cost .”
