The "store" I purchased the 6 currently on my home told me the product was discontinued and tried to sell me others that were similar but not close enough. These are well-made and flexible to some degree so they are easy to conform to a less than perfect exterior wall. I panted mine gloss balc over the flat black they came as. The paint is on there to stay. Love them. Thank you! Price is great too!!”

“These shutters are an economical solution. They are fairly sturdy and look good - even close up. The only downside is the weakness of the fasteners. Be sure to drill the exact size of holes indicated. Even doing that, there may be times when the fastener does not go in easily. You want it to be tight and they will need some light tapping. However, if you tap more than very lightly, the fastener may bend. Then, you should pull it out because it is likely to break. You may be able to push it in by hand but still, be careful not to bend it. i guess that is why they give you one extra with every pair of shutters. However, if you have to pull a shutter off because one breaks, you'll probably need 6 extras.”
