“The pic gives the impression of raised panels at top & bottom, but the entire unit is very flat, but feels durable. They look like a dark gray rectangle from the street. We had to go to hardware store to get screws/bolts to install. NO instructions! No refunds & we can see why! $430 is way to high for this low quality & incomplete shipment. BUYER BEWARE!”
