“I ordered these shutters in 2014. There were significantly less expensive, but these shutters are of much higher quality. At first I thought the holes should have been drilled for installation, but on second thought, each installation may be different, so it is better for the installer to drill the holes.”

“I like the shutters, they seem well made and look good installed. However, your plastic fasteners that you ship for mortar/brick installation are terrible. Following the directions, I drilled a 1/4 inch hole. But when I tried to install the fasteners, they were too weak and bent/broke. If I made the hole larger, they did not secure the shutters. I ended up using 1/4 inch mortal screws and they worked fine, but at my additional expense. Happy with the shutters, NOT with your installation fasteners!”
