“I have ordered 8 pairs of shutters for various properties in the past 12 months. I am very satisfied with the product that I have received. The colors have been a perfect match to existing shutters when I haven't needed to replace them all. The quality and the availability are other reasons that I will continue using Exterior Solutions. It is hard to find a shutter in the width I need.
Lastly, I ordered the wrong length for the last shutters I ordered. I emailed after hours and asked if the order could be changed. I received a reply the next morning saying that it would be taken care of.”
“I was very impressed with the turn around time from when I placed the shutter order to when they arrived. The order was placed on 1-7-2023 and delivered on 1-14-2023. It was originally scheduled to arrive between 1-28-2023 and 2-2-2023. I was disappointed however on how the shutters were packaged as I have attached pictures below. One of the boxes was practically open with a little bit of tape on the bottom of the package. I would expect more attention to detail when packages are leaving a factory to be delivered.”
