Also, I ordered 2 PAIRS of shutters and received 2 shutters (including the damaged one) and these are not even the shutters I ordered!!! I would appreciate some customer service and I am considering reporting this company to the Consumer Protection Agency. “After installing a set of these shutters on our cottage 5 years ago, we decided that we would like to add some character to our home. Since we loved the look of the shutters on our cottage and their durability, we decided to order again from Shutter Solutions. We ordered 6 more sets, in a slightly different shade of green, and my husband installed them with no problems. They look great!!!! Our cottage faces north and experiences the very strong winds blowing off of Lake Huron and the sun most of the day. They have withstood the winds and sun and look as good as they did the day that we installed them!”

“One pair was fine, but the other pair was in pieces. Both of the board and batten shutters were falling apart. One shutter had nothing still together.. I had to glue them together with a string epoxy. Not the quality of the shutters I bought from here last year”
