“Shutters once mounted are fine. I had to cut a 5 inch corner off one of the shutters so it would fit a slated roof. Look good but I had to melt some of joints together to make the solid. I followed directions when drilling holes and when I nailed some of vinyl/plastic fasteners several just broke off before nesting against the shutter. I feel the fasteners should have been better made.”
