“The company was great to order from, the website ordering process was great, the shutters were completed exactly when they said they would be done, and shipped rapidly. I am grateful for the custom sizes. The custom shutters would not be my first choice to put across a whole house, but for my purposes it worked to put on one window matching a separate set of standard shutters. They are not one piece, instead they're a dozen or more pieces snapped together somewhat loosely. When I was drilling into the shutter skin for the shutter-lock to pass through, I hit the inner frame on several instances which sent the drill sideways where I also learned how thin the shutter skin is. Up close, the custom seams are visible and the top cap overhangs the outer edge off-center on 1 of the corners. For my purposes, this did the job. It's incredibly hard to find custom sizes on shutters at a reasonable price, which these are. They did a very respectable job and I am grateful for these shutters.”
