I ordered the shutters online (the website was very user-friendly) with an expected delivery date of 2 - 4 weeks to California but after 4 days I received an email notification that the shutters have been shipped and 5 days later they were delivered. Thank you for exceeding my expectation.”
“Extremely poor construction. I doubt my installer can make repairs enough to make them usable. I feel need a full refund.

“The manufacturer oversized one of my shutters. My old ones were 71 1/2 inches and fit exactly between my fascia and sill. One shutter fit the other was3/16 oversize. They refused to do anything for me. They should have in their disclosure that larger shutters should be ordered undersized to fit and allow for expansion. I had to dismantle the shutter myself and trim it done and reassemble it so it would fit. I contacted the supplier twice to ask for some type of credit for my efforts but they have since ignored me.”
