“I ordered some vinyl shutters that were of very poor quality. The website mislead me and probably many others to believe the vinyl shutters were made of sturdy vinyl but instead were made of flimsy plastic. The customer service department was useless. In addition, I ordered six shutters and was delivered 12. The packing slip indicated 6 total cartons were delivered but I only received 3. Apparently, the company manufactures poor quality merchandise in addition to having issues with mathematics.”
