“The shutters were a long time in coming (ordered in late June, received in late Aug). When I e-mailed to check on the order - no response. I called later and they explained some of the parts were on backorder hence the delay. Fortunately, my need for them wasn't time critical. When they arrived, the shutters were just a facade (one sided). They looked fine from the outside, but there was nothing behind them. I'll be building a backbone to help them better blend in with the other shutters on the house.”
