“First, didn't realize that the shutters came with color coordinated 3" fasteners. After installing the first 3 pair decided we were not very comfortable with the vinyl. We were installing on aluminum over wood with Styrofoam insulation. The fasteners did grab well, in some cases not even enough to give resistance when pulling. A couple of them bent easily when trying to install - they were not stiff enough. Opting to install the balance with the 3" metal screws to give a more positive grab.”

“bought these before worked fine but some of them the caps came off and shutters pulled loose..also i just ordered more and 3 of them the caps were broken upon delivery”
