“I love the light weight, look and quality of these shutters. I live in a townhome community however and the border width was wider than I anticipated and the custom paint color did not look like what I had on my prior shutters. It could be that I missed an option for border thickness on the form. In any case, I would suggest ordering white and painting yourself if you need the right match, or get one of the standard colors. But I would overall recommend this company.”
“I ordered four pairs of louvered shutters. The paint was perfect and the shutters were exactly what I ordered. However, one of the shutters was damaged with a small hole and a chip on the upper left side. My installer was able to patch the damage and use the touch up paint provided. I don’t think the shutter was damaged during transit since it was properly wrapped and secured in the box.”
“The custom order process was easy. Shipping yook s bit more time than I woild have liked. Shipping and packing was great. Loved that they provided a small container of the paint. Jowever, woild prefer etal screws and not the plastic ones. We did not use them. An option should be given. Would have had to drill much bigger holes than we had from original ginal shutters. I would order again.”
