“After 4 months of waiting for one pair of shutters, I opened the box to find that half of the louvers had fallen out of the slots. Some were too short to stay in the slots. After several days of gluing, strapping, painting, and more gluing, our builder's trim guy was able to make them presentable from the street. We will see if it can withstand coastal winds.”
