“Shutters were well packed, and received un-damaged via UPS on or about the acknowledged ship date. Very pleased with the quality and appearance of my cedar shutters with louvers on arrival. Ordered "pre-stained" finish as I recall, and surface appeared properly sanded and accepted SW stain product well. Very happy with final appearance in all aspects, and with buying experience in all ways. We intend to order for a few additional windows soon. Blotches you see in photo on center cross pieces are just wet spots from rain this AM. Don't hold it against the shutters, or my staining job............”
