“My three pairs of cedar panel exterior shutters arrived in two boxes in a timely manner and in good condition. I am very pleased with them and applied two coats of solid dark stain. They replaced the origional shutters that were 70 years old. The new shutters look great and are of high quality and workmanship!”

“Order a single pair of shutters. The shutters themselves once they actually arrived (over a month late to ship from the date provided in their confirmation email [and only shipped after I inquired twice to customer service], were about as expected. The lumber they used was not great but passable and the joinery was fine. Outside of the exceptionally slow delivery, the other large issue was the delivery carrier they chose. The guy not only leaves a single pair of shutters tied to an oversized wood pallet but then leaves an additional two empty pallets on a residential driveway (assuming he was done for the day and just wanted to clean out his truck or something). Anyway, between the late product and the delivery mess I have to now find a way to take care of - no I would not recommend buying from them.”
