After experiencing some of Bernini’s works with Gianluca at the Vatican we decided we needed to see more. He suggested this tour and luckily was available for us the following day. We were blown away at how prolific Bernini was in Rome—his works are literally everywhere! We would’ve been completely lost without Gianluca’s expertise. Grazie!

My son is an architecture student and really interested in the Baroque period, so we booked this tour specifically for him. Emiliano (who we also had for the Vatican) was the perfect guide: extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and well versed in all things Rome. He gave us so information about Bernini’s life and works yet never made it feel pedantic. We have already recommended Emiliano and Eyes of Rome to several friends!

Esperienza a dir poco eccezionale! Guida molto professionale e molto preparata. Ci ha mostrato le meraviglie del Bernini con un tale coinvolgimento che solo una guida esperta può avere. I nostri figli si sono divertiti molto e non si sono mai annoiati. Speriamo di rivederci presto! Grazie A.M.

Fantastic tour! We learned so much from Rosalba :) She is amazing, smart, so knowledgeable and easy to follow. We felt really lucky be able to admire many off the beaten path works of Bernini! Rome is just an incredible city, so many things to see, so many hidden treasures that having a guide is a must! Thanks Rosalba and Thanks Eyes of Rome

We've been in Rome many times and since we love Bernini and the Baroque architecture, Eyes of Rome suggested the perfect tour for us! We loved the itinerary, a mix of major sites and hidden Churches. We also loved our guide Silvia! We could not have asked for a better person, guide and companion. She was a breath fresh air to be around. Accommodating, pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. She made our tour easy and very enjoyable. One of the most beautiful works of art that we saw: the Ecstasy of Saint Teresa, an impressive bronze and marble sculpture full of passion and sensuality. You wanna know more about it? Book a tour with Silvia :) and she will tell you everything about the artist, his works and the baroque time! Grazi Silvia and Eyes of Rome. Next time we're in town, we'll book the Michelangelo experience!
