Packing is terrible!
Boxes came ripped with no extra protection around them. Just one layer of cardboard. It did come with a timber frame and some slats. It was very lucky that there wasn’t any damage
Instructions are vague and out of date, the product has been redesigned but haven’t updated instructions.
The instructions that are in the manual are not in English the panels are not physically numbered but in the instruction manual they are. They already have stickers on them but all the information on them again isn’t in English.
I did send a number of emails clarifying instructions during this build and they were answered promptly”
