“Wasn't delivered before Christmas as requested. Arrived on 29th December as opposed to 23rd, by which point was already out of date and ruined our Christmas. Appalling service, no follow up to my email requesting refund and yet you send me a form to review the meat.”

“I received a 2 Kg bloody piece of Sirloin from a different company in Scotland. I am 100% certain it was not dry aged for even a day. While the beef was very tender, it did not have the extra complexity that the dry aging gives it. I looked at the Donald Russell site and their Sirloin was considerably cheaper than what I had ordered from Farmison. Please DO NOT enter this review into any draw. I would not trust you again.”

“Meat arrived 2 days late, Farmison emailed on the 22nd December, still waiting for a response. In all fairness the meat was delicious just customer services rubbish.”
