“First time I have cooked or eaten goose - fabulous! Everyone warns how fatty and fiddly they are but with the Farmison instructions it was perfect- no issues and the fat makes cracking roasties! The meat was soft and juicy - I would definitely buy again”

“I've had a few geese from Farmison in the last few years and this Christmas was the best ever - great chef's tip re scalding the night before cooking, resulting in guests with dropped jaws. It's not difficult to regarded as a competent cook provided you have a basic aptitude and the very best ingredients. Farmison consistently make me look like a great chef...”

“having a goose for our main christmas dinner made a lovely change from the traditional turkey. The bird we received from Farmison was as advertised - in terms of size and delivery. We cooked it as best we could and it tasted great!”

“goose came ontime on the day i requested, the box it came in was very cold which was impressive and the goose itself was clean and prepared so all i had to do was season it stuff it and roast it! i would use this company again for any big meat order”
