I had a fantastic experience with Fast Labels and I am genuinely so pleased with the service I received. They did an excellent job printing my labels, and the final result was exactly what I needed. The quality of the printing was great, and it was clear that care and professionalism went into the work.
What stood out even more to me was the level of customer service throughout the whole process. I had to go back to them on numerous occasions to make corrections and adjustments, and every single time they were patient, kind, and willing to help. At no point did I feel like I was being rushed or like my requests were a problem. That level of understanding and support made a huge difference, especially when working on something as important as product labels where every detail matters.
I also want to specifically mention how helpful the different teams were. The design team was very supportive in making sure the artwork and corrections were handled properly. The sales team was equally helpful and responsive throughout. Alishba was wonderful to deal with, and Lawrence from the customer service team was also incredibly helpful, professional, and accommodating. It really felt like everyone I interacted with genuinely wanted to help me get the best possible outcome.
It is not always easy to find a company that combines quality printing with such warm, patient, and consistent customer care, but Fast Labels absolutely did that. Their teamwork, professionalism, and kindness made the whole experience much easier and more pleasant for me.

“Was asked to leave a review after being told over a week ago that my refund would be processed — and since then, nothing. Aside from a brief phone call saying it would be done, there’s been no follow-up, no confirmation, and no refund.
I’ve had to chase this multiple times myself, which is completely unacceptable. I’ve already left a review on Trustpilot reflecting the same experience.
Appalling customer service from start to finish — at this rate, they should be renamed “Slow Labels.””

We’re genuinely sorry for the delay and frustration you experienced with your refund. We fully understand why this was disappointing, especially as you had to chase for updates more than once.
The refund was delayed because the original card payment could not be refunded in the usual way, which meant we had to investigate and complete the refund manually. That said, we recognise that our communication should have been clearer and more proactive throughout, and we sincerely apologise for falling short.
