“worst customer service I’ve ever received. There was a 400ml black missed from my ordered and instead of sending me a new one I was refunded the money. I disputed this due to delivery being £6 I didn’t want to re order. I was then given a discount code that saved me £1.50 so I was still out of pocket and then made to feel like my emails were threading. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with literally ever.”
