“Product bought was good but customer service was shocking unfortunately had to return tryng toi get a response to any method of communication tried was not happening apart from telling us person dealing away on hols. It was alot of money in the end paypal sorted. Please just up the service online”

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m really sorry to hear this. I’m pleased the product itself was good, but there’s no getting away from the fact that the service you received online clearly wasn’t good enough. Having to chase for a response, especially on an expensive order and return, is frustrating and I completely understand why you were disappointed. We’re a small independent business, but that doesn’t excuse poor communication. We’ve recently had some staffing and process issues within our online support, and we’re actively working on improving response times and making sure returns and customer queries are handled more reliably, even when a team member is away. I’m sorry this ended up being resolved through PayPal rather than directly with us. That shouldn’t have been necessary, and we’ll take your comments on board.

“Not good - ordered pair of boots for £200, received two t-shirts that were for somebody else but have still been charged for my actual order. Emailed asking for a refund and a postage label to return the wrongly dispatched items and as of yet have received no response. Will need to go through my credit card company for refund.”
