“Over the the years, I've bought a lot of different books from FC&A Publishing AND EVERY BOOK HAS BEEN HELPFUL. The letters we get about new books is also helpful. It shows the different topics in the book, and what page, The latest book I got was "The Smart Seniors' FINANCIAL ANSWER BOOK" & this book has been helpful, I highly suggest this book. The best part, is the information is useful TODAY, not years ago. This book opens your eyes on issues I never thought of. I very highly suggest you get this book. WHY? Because the information we need is specified such as What's the 5 W's for a good estate plan? There's over 40 pages, (Page 2 to 44) just on "YOUR FINANCIAL CHECKUP" PLUS on Page 23, are the 5 W's + VITAL Documents you need. If you don't have it, your life saving, home & everything you work for can be lost in Probate Courts. But this book has information you can use to help yourself first. Also, what about debt? Credit card issues? Did you know there are Federal Laws that protect consumers against bill collectors? What if you have a dispute with a creditor about a charge? (Pg. 125.) Do you know 6 must-know secrets for safe online banking (Pg. 130) The 3 most overlooked Social Security Benefits (Pg. 84). I could go on, but I very highly recommend this book. It is loaded with great information and helpful in many ways. I found things, I never thought about that would have cost a lot of money & legal fees, Now, things are in action and looking good. This book has good information, references to help you, the consumer, and so much more. Check it out, you'll be glad you did. I am. AND NO, I don't work for or with this company---I'm just a very satisfied customer. FC&A has always stood behind their products and their books, have been extremely helpful for me and hopefully can do the same thing for you. “I'm an experienced financial retiree (and an ex-insurance broker). I ordered this book thinking it would just be full of benefits for low income seniors and I could return it if it was of no use. However, after reading every page, I must say that every retiree should read this. It's full of sound financial advice and includes many secrets even I didn't know before.”
