This was my first time using rennet, and I purchased this because I do not want to use rennet from a calf. It worked very well in making cream cheese for a cheese cake. I did put a few drops too much, as the reaction continued before I actually prepped the cheesecake, but practice will help with that. The texture was smooth and blended well. I would highly recommend and will continue to use.
