“Gutes Set, Scoby leider etwas "lahm". Hallo,die Qualitt der gelieferten Ware ist sehr gut - die Anleitung auch. Der Scoby ist allerdings etwas "lahm". Nach nunmehr 13 Tagen habe ich den pH grade mal auf 3.8 herunten und er bewegt sich kaum mehr. Ich nehme an, dass der Scoby doch arg lange in der Plastiktte war - ist der aus den USA geliefert worden und lnger gelagert? Ich hoffe jedoch, dass er sich noch fngt und ich einen Kombucha im Normalbereich von pH 2.5-3.5 noch bekomme. Ein neuer, deutlich grerer Scoby formiert sich an der Oberflche - ich hoffe, dass der dann beim nchsten Durchgang krftiger ist ..”
“Easy to do, great support! I received the started kit as a gift along with the heating wrap for the jar. I absolutely love this product. Instructions were easy and it is day 6 of the brew. I asked the support at Fermentaholics questions about the layer that formed on top of the brew. They asked for a photo and said it was perfect! They told me to taste it..OMG! Its SO good! I like my kombucha sweet and flat (no carbonation) so mine is ready!It was so easy.. excited to brew more and mess with flavors next!”
