“Have some questions. Ok, the kit looks good and very clear instructions EXCEPT measuring the pH of the product. Most of us are not chemists and pH test strips come in vsried forms depending on the material used to test. For me, the color of the test strip was always yellow,whether it was water or the Kombucha or the Apple cider Vinegar.. I am not sure whether I ober brewed or underbrewed. The Brew smelled like vinegar with no effervescence abd tasted sweetly acidic.If only the guys can fix that, I think this kit is good. For my part, the new scoby did grow bigger than the starter one but had some coloring, so i discarded that and have started a new brew with the original Scoby.I had to get a heating mat to get the temp up”

“Everything you need to start brewing. This is a great kit with everything you need to start brewing your own kombucha. My first batch was ready in 8 days and second batch was ready in 7, I think the third batch will be ready in even less time. Im thinking about separating the extra scobies after this batch and move them to the scoby hotel. Overall Im very happy with the kit and all the instructions that came with it. Delicious!!!”
“Good First Choice Starter. This kit makes it very easy to start your own kombucha at home, and gives you everything you need to make your first booch. After the first brew, youll need to provide your own tea and sugar, but everything else still works for reuse. The instructions are very clear and super easy to follow. The dry erase marker is the only thing I had an issue with, because it was practically dead. I have a ton of other dry erase markers, though, so it wasnt an issue, just an inconvenience. Overall, its a great buy.”
“Great starter package. This was a great kit. I was able tonget up and going and am on my 3rd batch. Great company. I bought a different scoby from them and it never activated and they replaced it for free and quickly.”
“Partial Broken Product. 2 of the 7 glass bottles were broken. Bottles were just in a box with cardboard partitions. Needs better protection for glass products. Other than that, Im pleased with the rest of the product.”

“Great kit to get started! Im so happy I chose this kit. It has everything you need to start making kombucha. Im already on my 3rd batch which I will bottle on Wednesday. This kit comes with everything needed for your first batch and beyond. You will need to order more tea if you dont have loose leaf for subsequent batches. You can use tea bags but I only have herbal teas so buying a bag of black and green blend helps. I was always intimidated to try making my own kombucha, buts its really easy! I like the bottles that came with it for the second fermentation.”
“Great starter kit. I like the kit. It came with everything needed to start your own brew.I'm not 100% on the scoby. It's somewhat small and after numerous batches, it does seem to want to grow. My kombucha has turned out fine though so it's working.”
