“Fun and easy! I made several amazing batches of jun with this scoby. The directions were easy to follow and the whole process is fun. Its so hard to mess this up. As a home brewer, the best part is not having to sanitize every little thing. After playing around with the process, I found that letting it sit for only 3 days after starting it yields a deliciously light, non vinegary jun that anyone will like. I added blackberries and rose oil to mine and it was incredible. (Make sure youre using essential oils that are suitable for human consumption if you want to add them!)”
“Amazing product that turns into an incredible mother scoby. I was a little worried about how thin and translucent the scoby was, first batch took 6 days. I left my scoby in a cup of liquid for a week, I kept forgetting to grab more honey at the store. Look at my photo of it now! There is only a tiny bit of liquid left. I have a solid two inch mother and two babies now that were bigger than the one they sent.m. Super healthy, great quality, I cant wait to start another batch. I used spring water, organic green tea, and local raw unprocessed bees honey. So tasty!”
