“I have a mixed review for you. 1st of all the overall Impression was good but I had a terrible time figuring it all out. It caused me a great deal of stress. Once I got the information I needed I did I was able to process everything everything so that was good.”
“This service was available at a much needed time. I thought the larger tax prep services offered extensions, and maybe they do - but I decided to file Fed separate from state. And I think my right to request an extension from HR Block/Turbo Tax does not exist unless you pay for EVERYTHING in their packages. The IRS recommends this as a vendor as well. So, the only reason I gave it 4 stars was two reasons. The same thing that happened to Pamela in the comments below happened to me. Multiple rejections. And it was because I submitted more than once since I thought I would need an extension for my LLC as well. So, I was charged twice and received a rejection notice from the IRS. This service would be superior if there was a "hard stop" programmed in to prevent duplicate entries that result in IRS rejections and duplicate charges. When I did contact customer service about the issue they were very expedient and responsive. So, I agree with all of the positive comments regarding their customer service. The cost could be more reasonable as well considering it is only an electronic message to for an extension.”
