“Quality product and easy to travel with if you don't mind the extra bulk on your keychain. Only issue I've had that keeps this from being a 5 star review is I've had problems getting the straw out of the case a few times. Note sure if there is a specific configuration that's easiest to get out but wish it were easier to remove when needed.”

We love that you value quality products like we do! Try putting your straw in the case with the mouth tips facing the opening of the case. That's the easiest way to grip the straw to pull it out.
