“Worked well for 4-5 uses, then stopped working despite the fact that I clean it thoroughly with soap, water, and the brush right after I use it every time. Not sure if the inner silicone lining is getting stuck together but i unclogged it once only to have it happen again the very next time I tried to use it. Clearly a serious design flaw. I emailed the company and they have yet to respond.”

We're so sorry to hear this!! Sometimes, when the straw sits for a little while, the joints can stick together. Try squeezing the silicone at the joints to unstick the silicone.
