“I am very excited to put my new FinalCutlery to the test! I love the Final products and have had great experiences in the past. This time was no different except for one little thing. We purchased two FinalSporks, one for me and one for my husband. The magnet on my husband’s case does not close tightly in one flip of the top like mine does. Instead you have to push it down a second time in order to get the case to close tightly. I emailed customer service and they replied by sending a video with instructions of how to correctly fold the FinalSpork back into its case. That was not our problem; it is the latch on the case. Our issue is very minor so we won’t be going through the hassle to return, but I expected slightly better customer service. The actual FinalSpork seems sturdy and works well, my only beef was with the case.”
